Returns & Exchanges
MadMorrigan.com offers a "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy on
all purchases. You have up to 20 days (from the date of
purchase) to return any merchandise with which you are not
satisfied.
In regards to all returns and exchanges shipping charges
are not refundable. If www.MadMorrigan.com shipped you the
wrong item or the item was damaged in shipment, we will
gladly refund all shipping charges. Remember to save your
packing slip as your receipt.
To return merchandise to MadMorrigan.com follow these easy
steps:
List the item(s) you are returning & select the reason
for the return on the back of the slip enclosed with your
order.
Send the item(s) back to us, to the address listed below.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item(s), please
email us at
exchanges@madmorrigan.com
and we'll send the in-stock item(s) out right away. We'll
will credit your return once it is received in our
warehouse.
Please list the items you are returning on the back of the
packing slip. Your credit card statement will reflect a
credit for the returned item(s) & a charge for your new
items.
If you prefer a refund, we will credit the credit card
originally used. We will issue a check only orders paid by
check or money orders. Credits or refunds will take 10-14
business days. If you ordered by credit card, your account
(you'll see the credit on your following statement). If you
paid by check or money order, we will mail your refund.
